The New River Valley Planning District Commission (NRVPDC) has been serving its member governments and universities for over 40 years.  Everyday we work toward making a better tomorrow in the NRV. Serving the Counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, Pulaski, the City of Radford, the Towns of Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Floyd, Narrows, Pearisburg, Pulaski, Rich Creek and Radford University and Virginia Tech.
